Where we ship: United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping options

- Free Standard Shipping — $0 — 10–20 business days after dispatch

- Premium Shipping — $4.99 — 5–10 business days after dispatch

Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout.

Processing time: orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days.

Tracking: you receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show updates. Kits ship together in one package.

Holiday orders: for the best chance of arrival before Dec 24 (US), choose Premium Shipping and order by Dec 3. Delivery dates are estimates and can't be guaranteed.

Duties and taxes: depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply on delivery. If you are asked to pay an unexpected charge, contact us before paying and we will help.

Cancellations: you can cancel free of charge until your order ships.
