How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Free standard shipping then takes about 10–20 business days; Premium shipping ($4.99) about 5–10 business days.
Will I get tracking?
Yes, we email you a tracking link once your order ships. Kits ship together in one package.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge until your order ships. Email us with your order number as soon as possible.

Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.
