These Terms of Service apply when you visit or buy from the Dwellpaw online store ("Dwellpaw", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our Shipping information, Returns & Refunds and Privacy policy, which form part of these terms.
1. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
2. Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors can look slightly different on different screens, and fabric items can vary by 1–3 cm from the listed size. Size guidance for pets is a recommendation, not a guarantee of fit.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. Any taxes, duties or shipping charges are shown before you pay where possible. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Orders and cancellations
Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. You can cancel free of charge until your order ships. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or if we suspect fraud; in that case you receive a full refund.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates and start after processing (1–3 business days). Full details are on our Shipping information page.
6. Returns and refunds
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Damaged, faulty or wrong items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
7. Using our products safely
Follow the product instructions, and supervise pets when they use a new product, especially pets that chew. Our products are not medical or veterinary products. If your pet has a health condition, ask your veterinarian.
8. Content and intellectual property
Text, photos, logos and designs on this website belong to Dwellpaw or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written consent.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
